Job Description: JBW Federal is seeking an Instructional Systems Developer to support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS). The role involves applying Instructional System Development (ISD) fundamentals to formal AF CO, IO, and Faculty Development Courseware from locations such as Hurlburt Field, FL, Joint Base San Antonio, TX, or Keesler AFB, MS.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support course planning, development, and revision, including all formal training courses and related materials.
• Develop curriculum in accordance with applicable Master Training Task List (MTTL) and Training Task List (TTL) requirements, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Provide documentation for training system design, development, and administration.
• Utilize models like ADDIE, Bloom's taxonomy, and SAMR for course development.
• Assist in training needs analysis, task analysis, and development of training requirements.
• Work with SMEs and external agencies to incorporate new material into courses.
• Review and audit training materials for quality, currency, and compliance with directives.
• Operate LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Question Mark) for test creation, scheduling, and analysis.
• Develop lesson plans, instructor notes, evaluations, and e-learning products.
• Support the creation of virtual training environments and manage records.

Qualifications:

• Master of Science or higher in a relevant subject.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• CCAF ISD Certification or equivalent; internship or experience that qualifies for ISD certification.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; must have or obtain a current passport.
• Clearance:
  Top Secret/SCI or Secret (Keesler).
