Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are looking for a compassionate, forward-thinking Licensed Physical Therapist who excels in evaluating patients’ strengths and weaknesses, developing creative and effective treatment plans, and providing care with empathy. Our therapists must practice with discretion while offering kind encouragement to help patients achieve their goals. If you’re passionate about motivating people and helping them find relief from their pain, we’d love to meet you!

• Welcome new patients and provide an orientation to the facilities.
• Design detailed, personalized care and treatment plans.
• Communicate and coordinate with attending physicians to ensure a consistent level of care.
• Use independent clinical judgment based on experience to apply effective combinations of treatments.
• Evaluate and report on patients’ progress.
• Assist administrative staff with billing and related inquiries.
• Comply with state and federal regulations applicable to physical therapy.
• Complete all continuing education required for licensure or professional credentials.

• Possesses or is willing to obtain a valid state (MS) license as a Physical Therapist
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a physical therapist (Preferred)
• Strong work ethic and commitment to patient success.
• Basic computer skills.
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid certification.
