Prepare rooms for Banquet functions by ultimately delivering an extraordinary experience for the guests;
Be accountable for the setup of the banquet ballroom, meeting rooms and pool deck;
Set up the banquet facilities according to function sheet requirements;
Perform the breakdown of room set up after all functions and place equipment back in its proper storage;
Set up the water stations or individual pitchers in meeting rooms as needed;
Ensure the safety and security of guest and employees.
