IT Project Manager, Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
JBW Federal is seeking a Project Management professional with experience in project management and duties, preferably with emphasis on information operations, cyberspace operations, or information technology to support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) from Hurlburt Field, FL. You will manage and direct the daily execution of contract requirements to ensure that cost, schedules, and performance goals are met. You will coordinate with project managers spanning the host base, wing, group, squadron, and external agencies, to initiate, plan, execute, and control activities within the negotiated scope and schedule.
Responsibilities- Provide a Gantt chart, milestones, and updated project status within 5 business days of COR/CO request. No more than 2 late reports in a 12-month period.
- Augment and support mission support functions in the areas of course management support, faculty development, planning, project management, administrative support, facility management, cyber range systems, information technology systems, and audiovisual (AV) systems in unclassified and classified environments.
- Provide curriculum, information systems, Training Mission Simulator (TMS), and facilities project management documentation, including milestones, timelines, and funding requirements, for design, development, revision, and administration of 39 IOS training.
- Identify requirements in the 39 IOS requirements management system. Approved requirements meeting the Government Purchase Card (GPC) thresholds will be researched and the required documentation sent forward to a GPC holder for requirement purchase.
- Identify requirements in the 39 IOS requirements management system. Approved requirements exceeding a GPC purchase will be researched and the required documentation sent forward to the resource advisor for a Government contract purchase.
- Provide project management for those requirements that a temporary endeavor is undertaken to create a unique project, service, or result.
- Provide facility management as directed by the Government, including facility maintenance, facility drawings, uninterruptible power supplies, generators, and related systems.
- Provide warehouse management and serve as a shipping and receiving point of contact.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher or approved equivalent experience
- 4 years of project management experience
- PMP Certification
- Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS occasionally. Must have a current passport or be able to acquire one within the first 60 days of employment
- Clearance — Top Secret/SCI or Secret (Keesler)
