The Biloxi Housing Authority (BHA) is seeking an experienced, mission-driven leader to oversee its housing operations and Resident Services programs. This senior leadership role is ideal for a visionary professional who combines operational excellence with a deep commitment to equitable, affordable housing.

• Leadership & Management:
  Directs, coaches, and inspires a high‑performing team; assigns, reviews, and evaluates work; promotes accountability; and ensures staff development and engagement.
• Program Oversight:
  Manages all aspects of Property Management, HCV, RAD, VASH, and Resident Services programs to ensure quality, compliance, and service excellence.
• Strategic Planning:
  Partners with senior leadership to execute BHA’s vision through data‑driven goals and initiatives; optimizes use of resources to support long‑term organizational priorities.
• Compliance & Quality Control:
  Monitors program operations to ensure adherence to HUD, state, and local regulations and standards.
• Policy & Systems Improvement:
  Analyzes existing processes and recommends improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high levels of resident satisfaction.
• Resident Engagement:
  Oversees Resident Services initiatives that address resident needs and promote self‑sufficiency, wellness, and community involvement.
• Community Relations:
  Represents BHA at public meetings and maintains strong relationships with residents, community groups, and government partners.
• Continuous Learning:
  Stays informed of affordable housing developments, legislation, and best practices in publica operatios.

Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or కరోనా related field, with at least seven ( colet) years of progressively responsible experience in property management or affordable housing, including five (5) years in a leadership role. Public Housing Management (PHM) or equivalent certification preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

• Deep understanding of public housing operations, including RAD, LIHTC, and HCV programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local housing laws and HUD regulations.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets,restriction vote improve performance.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Dem pozated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and housing management software.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $76,800 to $119,000, commensurate践 with experience.
