Senior Graphic Designer & Digital Content Specialist

Implement leading brand design across all parts of the business by creating, editing, and managing content for various online platforms to support marketing goals. This role blends creative direction and hands‑on design execution — you’ll refresh our logo/brand identity, standardize visual guidelines, and produce everything from swag and marketing collateral to executive presentations and websites.

• Implement marketing and advertising campaigns; assist with preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans and objectives; plan and organize promotional presentations; update calendars.
• Gather information and materials to prepare work.
• Plan concepts by studying information and materials.
• Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of art and copy concerning arrangement, size, type, style, and related aesthetic concepts.
• Obtain approval of concepts by submitting rough layouts for approval.
• Prepare copy and initial art design for all jobs.
• Prepare final layouts by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; follow manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshoot malfunctions; call for repairs; maintain equipment inventories; evaluate new equipment.
• Coordinate with outside vendors as needed to complete projects.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Produce promotional materials and coordinate requirements with graphics.
• Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintain research database.
• Responsible for implementing strategies set forth by management.
• Coordinate photo shoots, radio remotes, and live TV spots as needed.
• Produce high‑profile jobs.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership of new and different requests.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned.

• Graphic Design expertise using a Mac and Adobe Creative Suite 6, Direct Marketing, Social Media Marketing Coordination, Project Management, Reporting Results, and Process Improvement.
• Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while projecting a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to deliver a service level that creates an atmosphere that makes guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
