• Adhere to the outlined care plan.
• Document tasks, observations, and evaluate outcomes.
• Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license.
• One (1) or more years nursing experience, preferably in personal care home industry.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
