Job DescriptionPrompt Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Home Infusion Nurses to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Home Infusion Nurse, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients in their homes. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans and administer intravenous medications and treatments. You will also educate patients and their families about home care, medications, and treatments.

Job Type & LocationFull‑Time, Monday‑Friday with on‑call responsibilities.
Biloxi, MS and surrounding areas within a 50‑mile or two‑hour radius.
Requirements- Must be a Registered Nurse in the state inquiring of employment and in good standing.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Professional Liability Insurance.
- CPR Certification.
- Knowledge of PIV, Mid‑Line, PICC Line, Tunneled Catheters, and Ports.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a home infusion nurse, or equivalent experience in another field‑based home nursing organization.
- ED experience preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in IV insertion, vascular access devices, and infusion pumps.
- Specific training and/or certification as a heart failure nurse is highly desirable.
- Strong pediatric peripheral IV skills preferred.
- Certified Nurse Infusionist (CRNI) preferred.
- Experience with the following IV therapies is a major advantage: inotropes, intravenous immunoglobulin, and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN).
- Conduct initial nursing assessments for home infusion therapy.
- Train patients/caregivers on procedures and equipment.
- Develop and revise care plans with the healthcare team.
- Visit patients, document compliance, and provide direct care.
- Assume on‑call duties and manage patient supplies.
- Coordinate care with other agencies and counsel patients on therapy.
- Collaborate with pharmacists for therapy adjustments.
- Plan efficient daily routes and submit nursing notes promptly.
- Triage field problems and adhere to SOPs and regulations.
- Deliver “white glove” service and submit travel expense reports.
- Project a positive attitude and participate in employee activities.
- Provide nursing services as requested, including weekends and evenings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is highly active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, climbing, maneuvering in small areas, and frequently lifting and/or moving 30 pounds or more.
