• Oversee and monitor the implementation of a compliance program
• Revise the program per changing statutes and regulations
• Review and provide input on policies and procedures that impact corporate compliance.
• Develop/coordinate and participate in educational and training programs that focus on the elements of the compliance program.
• Assist the Governing Body and Administration in coordination of internal compliance reviews and monitoring activities.
• Prepare detailed reports for regulatory agencies, management, and auditors related to compliance status and financial disclosures.
• Participate in QAPI plans to identify compliance risk areas and address any compliance issues, as appropriate.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in administration/management of an ambulatory surgery center.
• Fundamental management skills of planning, organizing, facilitating, coordinating, collaborating, and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with organizational subordinates, peers, and superiors.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office package, Excel, email, and time management software.
