Responsibilities- Work in all venues including Baykery, Buffet, Pho‑Boy, and BT Grill.
- Operate cash register and account for all monies, coupons, comps, and receipts at the end of shift.
- Stay current on all coupons, promotions, and certificates applicable to all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Expedite food purchases for guests according to service standards, including online orders and third‑party pickups.
- Use the front‑line checklist to restock inventory as needed.
- Serve as an ambassador for all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the dining area.
- Make craft coffees and specialty drinks according to menu specifications when assigned to Baykery.
- Perform all assigned cleaning and general maintenance tasks.
- Report issues and/or guest complaints to a leader.
- Provide enthusiastic support, active promotion, and superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and report potential issues to management.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
- High school diploma or equivalent; or 1‑3 months related experience and/or training; or a combination of education and experience. Prior food handling, cashier, and/or attendant experience preferred. Prior knowledge of proper food holding temperatures and cleaning chemical use preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays as scheduled.
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Apply common sense to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions and solve problems with multiple variables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percent, ratio, and ability to interpret bar graphs.
- Effective phone etiquette.
- Diplomatic conflict resolution skills with guests, staff, and colleagues.
- Provide clear information and answer questions to managers, clients, customers, and the public.
- Ability to read documents and communicate verbally in English.
- Willingness to complete responsible alcohol service training.

Physical DemandsThe job requires standing and using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; reaching with hands and arms; regular lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 25 pounds, and rarely up to 50 pounds; and ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance in varying work areas.
Work EnvironmentThe work environment is moderate to loud noise, with exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, varying weather conditions, extreme cold, and electrical shock. Employees may also be exposed to second‑hand tobacco smoke.
