Overview

Retail Sales Associate

Assists customers by helping them select products. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner. Responds to customers’ questions.

• Drives sales through engagement of customers
• Greets and receives customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
• Work with fellow co‑workers and management to keep retail space clean and always organized
• Maintain product on sales floor and filling backstock throughout assigned shift
• Responsible for a point‑of‑sale register and accepting credit cards, cash, comps or in payment of retail items
• Verifying identity of customers when using comps as a form of payment for retail items
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
• Performs any other duties as assigned

• One year of retail or customer service is preferred
• High school Diploma
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Attention to detail, ensuring accurate order‑taking and payment processing
• Basic math skills for handling payments and calculating tips
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
