- Build relationships with contractors and grow market share in the assigned territory.
- Actively seek contractors within the assigned territory to discover needs, provide solutions, and exceed the customers’ expectations.
- Market exterior building products including roofing, siding, windows and waterproofing materials to contractors across the assigned territory.
- Prospect daily and facilitate new customer acquisition by presenting and selling our extensive line of products.
- Develop business partnerships with customers and vendors.
- Communicate with branch operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Utilize CRM tools to communicate sales activity with customers and management.
- Rapidly expand product knowledge with the assistance of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
- Engage in weekly one‑on‑one meetings with the Director of Sales and Marketing to facilitate revenue growth.
- Create personal networks and engage in professional societies to enhance buyer network.
- Meet or exceed set quota objectives.

- You have a proven track record in outside sales.
- You’re familiar with construction and building materials.
- You should have a minimum of 3 years with exterior building materials.
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You’re fluent in Spanish and English (preferred).
- You have a strong desire to find creative solutions.
- You are a “people person” by nature and have a knack for making friends quickly.
- You possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You are comfortable and proficient with technology and software systems.
- You have the ability to work independently.
- You enjoy sales and are comfortable in a competitive environment.
