Spieldenner Financial Group is a part of one of the fastest-growing insurance organizations in the country. Our most important focus areas include getting agents paid quickly, keeping costs minimal, and giving agents the training and support needed to achieve success.
Job Duties- Setting Appointments: 6‑8 hours per week – reaching out to potential clients that have previously requested coverage and scheduling a time to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
- Research: 4‑5 hours per week – digging into the information the client provided to customize options to meet their financial needs in the case of death or disability.
- Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meeting with clients virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss details, and help them apply.
- Administrative: 2 hours per week – following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

Commission StructureThis position is commission‑only based. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. We expect a full‑time agent to sell 5–10 plans per week. Commissions are uncapped with a competitive bonus structure and incentive trips.
