Garcia Roofing is looking for driven Outside Sales Representatives who want freedom, high earning potential, and a career built on performance. This is a full commission-based role with no income cap, perfect for self-motivated individuals who want to control their schedule and income.

• Quick Pay Plan: get paid a portion of your commission once a job is sold and approved.
• Training Pay: $500/week for your first 8 weeks while building your pipeline.
• Vehicle Allowance: $500/month for using your own approved vehicle, plus additional commission.
• Proven earning potential:
  Selling just one average roof per week puts you at $70K–$80K annually; top performers clear $100K–$150K+.

• Inspect and assess roofs (must be comfortable climbing).
• Prepare measurements and estimates using our CRM tools.
• Guide customers from first contact to project closeout.
• Canvass neighborhoods to generate leads during slower periods.
• Work independently while staying connected to the team.

• Independent, self-driven, and comfortable managing your own schedule.
• Ready to work outdoors and climb roofs regularly.
• Professional, trustworthy, and a strong communicator.
• Prior sales or construction experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
