Attendant - Receiving Lead

• Directs proper receiving practices.
• Assures proper stock rotation with inventory items.
• Maintains proper storeroom sanitation.
• Supervise warehouse employees.
• Assists in monthly physical count of all inventory items.
• Operates company forklift and vehicles as needed.
• Attends safety meetings as requested.
• Ensures a maximum level of departmental service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained for all departments, i.e.; processing and delivery of all departmental inventory requisitioning, as well as deliveries of all non-inventory items.
• Interacts with Security Department to ensure protection of all inventories.
• Receives orders utilizing using applicable software.
• Upholds the Mission Statement.
• Represents Hard Rock Biloxi in the most positive manner with guests, co-workers, managers, and vendors.

• Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment;
  Promote and participate in a strong team effort.
• Must possess basic computer skills, which includes Microsoft applications.
• Must be able to exercise initiative and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Prepare necessary reports and maintain proper documentation.
