Athletic Club Attendant

We are searching for an enthusiastic, service-focused athletic club front desk receptionist to join our guest services team. You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries, and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. • Greet members, answer questions, assist with equipment, and address concerns.
• Regularly clean and sanitize fitness equipment, common areas, and locker rooms; fold and manage towel service.
• Monitor the fitness floor, ensure rules are followed, and respond to accidents or emergencies.
• Help fitness trainers, manage bookings (spa/training), and handle front desk tasks like check-ins.
• Complete daily checklists and reports, and handle lost and found items.

• Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations.
• High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent.
• Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills.

Compensation: $16.30 hourly
