We are looking for an experienced, professional

Customer Service/Sales Support Associate to bolster our growing team.

Working under the supervision of the EVP and VP of Finance, the Customer Service/Sales Support Associate acts as the "front door" of the company and will provide a pleasant interaction with customers both in-person and on the phone. They will be expected to take calls readily and without hesitation and be doggedly persistent in finding answers to customer inquiries, all the while communicating clearly and professionally.

The incumbent will also serve as a front office reception role, greeting customers and facilitating their transactions.
Prior experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, Netsuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) preferred.

• Greet walk-in customers, make all office visitors feel welcome
• Facilitate point-of-sale transactions
• Readily and pleasantly takes customer phone calls without hesitation
• Maintains professional bearing with all internal and external customers
• Provides administrative support for outside sales reps, to include: order entry, quote entry, price confirmation, order expediter
• Serves as a liaison to warehouse to keeps track of aging open orders and back orders
• Proactively reaches out to out-of-town customers to provide reminders to get their orders placed in advance of the customer's designated delivery day
• Works closely and collaboratively with office and warehouse staff
