Job Summary: We are seeking a civil engineering graduate with either an Associate or Bachelor's Degree to join our team. As an entry level civil engineering designer, you will be responsible for creating engineering plans for a wide range of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure the successful completion of various construction projects.

Yearly Base Salary Range:

• Non-Licensed Civil Engineer, 5 plus years of experience: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00
• Licensed Civil Engineer: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00

Responsibilities:

• Create engineering drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conduct site visits and gather necessary data for design development.
• Perform engineering calculations and analysis to ensure design compliance with regulations and standards.
• Prepare technical specifications, reports, and cost estimates for construction projects.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and project meetings to provide technical input and support.

Key Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented.
