Job Title: Clinical Research Coordinator I (CRC I)

Contract Type: 3-Month Contract (Potential for Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Flexible availability for evenings and weekends required

Overview:

We are currently seeking qualified LPNs, RNs, and Pharmacy Technicians to join a growing team in Binghamton, NY as a Clinical Research Coordinator I. In this role, you will support vaccination administration efforts as part of a large Site Management Organization (SMO) with a strong focus on public health and community impact.

This is a contract role with the possibility of conversion to Contract-to-Hire (CTH) or Direct Hire (DH), depending on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer vaccinations according to clinical protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure adherence to study and site-specific guidelines
• Support general clinical operations as needed

Qualifications:

• Active LPN, RN, or Pharmacy Technician license (New York State)
• Previous experience in vaccine administration preferred
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
• Compliance with state vaccination requirements preferred (not required)
