Base pay range$25.00/hr - $35.00/hr
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Temporary Part-Time Human Resources Operations Specialist to join their HR team in upstate New York. The ideal candidate will have hands-on payroll experience across complex, multi-cycle payrolls and be comfortable supporting a unionized workforce. This role will provide critical backup support for payroll, benefits, and HRIS functions during high-volume periods or when team members are out.

- 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, required.
- Strong experience processing weekly and biweekly payrolls, including off-cycle payments, bonuses, and incentive programs, required.
- ADP Workforce Now experience, required.
- Prior experience working with unionized employees, preferred.
- HRIS and benefits administration experience, preferred.
- Ability to work approximately 10 hours per week with potential for additional hours during peak times, required.
- The hourly rate for this role is $25-$35/hr.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
