QualificationsMinimum:
High School Diploma or equivalent No less than one entry level certification (A+, N+, or OEM vendor certification)
- Knowledge of networked printers/multi-functional equipment, and how to troubleshoot
- Professional sounding and clear voice when speaking
- Being polite at all times to customers on the phone
- Ability to multi-task as necessary.
