Job Description

Extensive experience in SAP ISU Functional Consultant Role (Min 5 – 8 Years). Strong knowledge of the SAP IS-U module, particularly the billing component, is crucial. An SAP IS-U Billing consultant specializes in implementing and supporting billing processes within the SAP IS-U (Industry Specific Utilities) module, focusing on accurate invoicing and efficient payment processing for utility companies.

• Configure system and customize billing cycles.
• Integrate with other SAP modules and troubleshoot billing issues.
• Create documentation, provide user training, and analyse billing data for improvements.
• Configure billing master data, rate structures, and billing schemas to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement and support various billing processes, including periodic, interim, and final billing.
• Ensure seamless integration of billing with Device Management, FICA (Financial Contract Accounting), Customer Service, and CRM.
• Conduct end‑to‑end testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and maintain comprehensive documentation for the billing processes.
• Analyse billing data to generate reports, identify trends, and provide insights for improving billing accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP IS-U billing functionalities.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in SAP IS-U Functional Consulting.
• Proven experience with SAP IS-U billing, including rate configuration, billing cycles, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with complex rate structures, time‑of‑use billing, and dynamic pricing models.
• Experience integrating SAP IS-U billing with FICA, Device Management, and CRM.
• Strong documentation skills and experience in conducting UAT.
• Effective communication, problem solving, and a client‑centric mindset.

8–10 Years

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including medical and dental benefits, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
