Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct research and apply court and agency filing requirements.
• Draft, edit, and proofread real estate closing documents and closing adjustments.
• Oversee communications with clients, title companies, other attorneys, and realtors.
• Conduct research thorough case related research.
• Ensure final title insurance policies and commitments are prepared for New York and Pennsylvania.
• Overseeinternal and external requests for information.
• Oversee the organization and maintenance of both digital and physical legal files.
• Oversee the coordination of meetings, closings, and court appearances.
• Maintenance of calendars, tracking of deadlines,and management of case schedules.

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in the Microsoft suite.
• Detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
