Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct research and apply court and agency filing requirements.
- Draft, edit, and proofread real estate closing documents and closing adjustments.
- Oversee communications with clients, title companies, other attorneys, and realtors.
- Conduct research thorough case related research.
- Ensure final title insurance policies and commitments are prepared for New York and Pennsylvania.
- Overseeinternal and external requests for information.
- Oversee the organization and maintenance of both digital and physical legal files.
- Oversee the coordination of meetings, closings, and court appearances.
- Maintenance of calendars, tracking of deadlines,and management of case schedules.
Qualifications:
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft suite.
- Detail oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
