What you’ll do- Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader, acting as on-site point of contact for tax office associates and clients to ensure quality and consistent execution.
- Execute and hold tax office staff accountable to the client service experience; escalate as needed to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for escalated client service concerns.
- Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved, with escalation as necessary.
- Lead the office from the front desk, providing phone coverage and engaging with clients to deliver an outstanding experience.
- Lead daily activities to schedule employees and ensure work is completed on time with attention to quality and priorities.
- Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates.
- Experience supervising or managing people; history of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule of 40 hours per week with availability based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or higher).
The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $29.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Eligibility for incentive plans, medical coverage, retirement plans, and other benefits is described in detail in the posting. Some benefits require eligibility.
