Our client in Binghamton, WV, is currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join their team on a direct-hire basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide quality patient care and lead a high-performing team
• Collaborate with store and district leadership to drive efficiency and engagement
• Manage prescription processing and adherence to state and federal regulations
• Oversee pharmacy inventory and optimize profitability
• Focus on clinical services to drive prescription growth
• Supervise, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain exceptional service standards
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
  
  D.) degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of retail pharmacy experience
• Active Immunization Certification through an accredited provider
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
