RN Admissions Nurse SHIFT Differentials

Bridgewater is looking to hire an RN to help welcome new admissions to our building. This position is our second admissions nurse and would be joining an excellent admissions team! This position can be part or full time depending on preference with flexible scheduling. Pay rate is determined on experience and years licensed as an RN.

This position would require a head-to-toe RN assessment of our new residents, reconciliation of medication list from hospital discharge paperwork, creating care plans, and uploading/documenting any relevant information. It also requires open communication with the admissions coordinator to prepare for upcoming admissions. The ideal candidate is courteous and helpful for new admissions, advocates for the facility and its residents, and is a team player.

A valid NY RN license is required.
