PACT LPN: Primary Care Nurse Team

The US Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) at the Binghamton Community Based Outpatient Clinic, part of the Syracuse VA Health Care System.

The LPN provides skilled nursing care, supports the RN and MD, and participates in patient education to promote optimal care within primary care settings. Eligibility includes US citizenship, graduation from an approved nursing program, and active LPN/LVN licensure.
