Registered Nurse - OLL - Operating Room - Part Time

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides professional nursing care for patients in an acute care environment, ensuring coordinated, safe, and compassionate care. This role is ideal for those who are dedicated to delivering evidence-based quality care and advocating for patients' needs.

• Pay: $40 - $54/hour

• Schedule: Part Time

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care.
• Develop, update, and coordinate the patients' plan of care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care by partnering in care planning.
• Foster a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ensure safety by identifying and correcting problems in care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and practice at the top of license.
• Demonstrate leadership as a change agent within the care setting.
• Participate in the planning and presentation of educational programs.
• Utilize information technology effectively in patient care delivery.

• BSN in Nursing preferred.
• At least one year of experience as a registered nurse, or less than one year if transitioned from the Newly Licensed Registered Nurse Residency (NLRN) Program.
• Current RN License in New York.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS are unit dependent.
