Kennedy Mechanical is currently looking to hire multiple Plumbers. Kennedy Mechanical is a well-established company in Rochester, NY and with a large project in the Vestal area. Interested candidates should have knowledge of basic hand tools, no previous experience is necessary. Work schedule will be Monday-Friday, day shift.

• Tasks include Lifting, Digging, Climbing Ladders, and Entering Small or Confined Spaces
• Ability to Lift, Pull, Carry, Push up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks which may include overhead or awkward positioning

• Understanding of plumbing codes
• Utilizing various types of power tools
• Installing natural gas piping systems both steel and corrugated stainless steel tubing
• Installing sanitary waste and vent systems utilizing Sch 40 PVC, cast iron and copper
• Installation of roof drains and storm piping systems
• Installation of domestic hot water tanks and central hot water heating systems
• Installation of plumbing fixtures including toilets, sinks, showers and accessories
• Installation repair and maintenance of pump systems
• Read and understand project drawings and project specifications
