Overview

Detailed cleaning of homes damaged by smoke, water, fire, and mold. Some demolition of drywall and flooring. Post‑construction cleanings and carpet cleaning.

• Detailed cleaning of homes damaged by smoke, water, fire, and mold.
• Some demolition of drywall and flooring.
• Post‑construction house cleanings and carpet cleaning.
• Work normal hours Monday–Friday 7:45 to 4:30, one weekend a month and one night a week on call for emergency water losses; occasional fill‑in nights.
• Perform specialty work such as sewage remediation.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds.
• Transportation to and from work.
• Capability to perform detailed cleaning.
• Respectful of customers.
• Ability to work independently or with others.
• Willingness to learn.
  
  Experience in contracting a plus.
• Knowledge of computers and apps required.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour.

Bonuses: $75.00 per emergency call‑out on all call nights or on‑call weekends; additional hourly bonus pay for sewage remediation work.

1 week paid vacation after 1 year; up to 5 sick days per year; IRA option after 2 years.

Background check and 2‑month probationary period required.
