YWCA of Binghamton and Broome County is seeking two full-time Case Managers for its supportive housing programs. You will work with approximately 20–30 households, guiding housing searches and linking clients to essential resources to promote long-term stability.
Ideal candidates have an associate or bachelor’s degree in human services and a compassionate, resourceful approach. You’ll develop ISPs, advocate for tenants, and collaborate with partners to coordinate services and outcomes.
