ACHIEVE NY in Binghamton, NY is seeking a Direct Support Professional for Day Habilitation on a full-time, first shift basis. You will support individuals with disabilities to promote independence, participate in community activities, and follow goal plans under supervision.
You will transport participants, document progress, maintain records, assist with transfers and daily living tasks, and help plan activities that foster community integration.
