BIM Coordinator

Location: Bingley, West Yorkshire
Salary: £35,000 £ 42,000 DOE
Hours: Monday Friday, 08 00
Type: Full-time

The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join a specialist design team working on major sports facilities and infrastructure projects.

You ll take responsibility for the day-to-day coordination and quality of BIM information across projects, working closely with architects, engineers, technicians and other multidisciplinary consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate BIM delivery in line with project requirements and ISO 19650 principles.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary Revit models and design information.
  • Undertake model reviews, clash detection and model federation using Navisworks.
  • Manage model setup, links, worksets and information exchanges.
  • Support BIM Execution Plans and Common Data Environment (CDE) workflows.
  • Carry out QA reviews of Revit models, drawings and technical information.
  • Provide BIM and Revit support to designers and technicians.
  • Undertake Revit modelling and drawing production where required.
  • Support the coordination of drainage, irrigation, heating, ventilation and associated infrastructure.

About You

  • Strong practical Autodesk Revit experience.
  • Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator, Revit Technician or similar.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design information.
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM information management.
  • Experience with Navisworks and clash detection.
  • Experience using a CDE such as Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360.
  • Strong technical drawing and model QA skills.
  • Good communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
  • AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience would be advantageous.

Sports industry experience is desirable but not essential, with training provided.
