SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: Bingley, West Yorkshire

The Education Network is recruiting a committed SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work in a supportive school setting in Bingley
. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and helping them access education in an inclusive environment.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
- Support pupils working towards EHCP targets
- Assist the class teacher with learning activities and classroom support
- Promote positive behaviour, independence, and emotional wellbeing
- Work closely with teaching staff and the SEN team
- Experience working with children with SEND (school or care-based experience desirable)
- Patient, empathetic, and resilient
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine interest in education and inclusion
- SEND-related training or qualifications are advantageous but not essential
