Senior Sports Design Technician Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sports Design Technician to join a specialist design and development team delivering high quality sports facilities ranging from community projects to elite, international venues.

• Produce and coordinate technical design packages from concept through construction
• Deliver detailed drawings, models and documentation using AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Revit
• Manage and coordinate BIM workflows using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Support project leads with coordinated, accurate and timely design outputs
• Contribute to technical problem solving, design reviews and value engineering
• Provide technical support and informal mentoring to junior team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
• 4–6 years’ experience delivering technical design on sports, landscape or infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Revit
• Experience coordinating BIM models and documentation
• Strong attention to detail, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively
• Interest in sport and high quality facility design

• Salary £35,000–£45,000 DOE
