Job Specification

Position: Bid and Sales Administrator
Location: Wirral
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5
Salary: £28,000-£32,000p/a DOE

The Sales & Bid Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Sales Team with the preparation and submission of quotations, bids and technical proposals. The role involves cross‑functional coordination, supply chain liaison, contract review support and maintaining accurate sales and bid records. This position requires a highly organised and proactive individual with strong communication skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
