Compliance Administrator

Compliance Administrator (Temporary with potential to go permanent)

Duration: 2–3 months initially | Immediate start

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based on the Wirral who are looking to appoint a capable Compliance Administrator to support their Compliance function on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is extremely detail-focused, organised, and confident working with systems and structured processes where accuracy is essential.

Key responsibilities

* Managing internal and external compliance requests

* Selecting and completing the appropriate documentation templates

* Returning completed documentation to requestors within agreed time frames

* Monitoring and managing the department inbox

* Providing administrative support to the Regulatory & Compliance Manager

What we’re looking for

* Strong systems knowledge and confident PC literacy

* Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word and Outlook)

* Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes

* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

* Strong organisational and analytical skills

* Confidence to take ownership of tasks once trained

* Full-time, office-based role on the Wirral

* Immediate start required

* Initial 2–3 month assignment with potential to go permanent for the right candidate
