The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Post Completion Administrator to join a growing Residential Conveyancing team in on the Wirral.
This is a unique role offering the chance to become the firm's first dedicated Post Completion specialist. Initially, you will be responsible for managing all post-completion matters, helping to establish efficient processes and ensuring transactions are concluded accurately and within required timescales.
As the department continues to grow, there will be the opportunity to develop the function further and take ownership of the post-completion process, with the potential to progress into a supervisory or team management role.
This position would suit an experienced Post Completion Administrator looking for the next step in their career, or a conveyancing professional keen to take ownership of a specialist function within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
Key Responsibilities
Managing all post-completion matters from completion through to file closure.
Submitting applications to the Land Registry.
Preparing and submitting SDLT returns.
Dealing with Land Registry requisitions.
Ensuring all lender requirements are satisfied following completion.
Maintaining accurate records and updating the case management system.
Liaising with fee earners, clients, lenders and third parties where required.
Monitoring outstanding applications and ensuring deadlines are met.
Assisting in the development and improvement of post-completion processes.
Supporting the future growth and structure of the post-completion function.
About You
Previous experience within a Post Completion, Conveyancing Assistant or Residential Property support role.
Good understanding of the post-completion process.
Experience submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage workloads independently and prioritise effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
