12-Month FTC | £50,000–£60,000 | City of London | Hybrid (2 days in the office) | Immediate Start What you'll do:
Working closely with the Chief People Officer, you will:
Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring priorities are effectively balanced. Coordinate internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, briefing packs and presentations. Arrange national and international travel, itineraries and logistics. Support People projects, leadership meetings and wider organisational initiatives. Build strong relationships across the business, acting as a trusted point of coordination. Process invoices, expenses and purchase orders while maintaining accurate documentation and records.
Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Support company events, off-sites and People team activities. Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working across the function. Who you are:
You'll be an organised, proactive and solutions-focused Executive Assistant who enjoys anticipating needs and staying one step ahead. You'll have:
Previous experience supporting a Chief People Officer, HR Director or senior executive within a People function. Exceptional diary management and executive support experience. Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong judgement and discretion when handling confidential information. Experience coordinating meetings, travel, presentations and senior stakeholder communications. Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
