North West (Flexible Home or Office) Salary: £30,000 £ 35,000 (depending on experience) plus performance-based bonus and regular company incentives. A leading national specialist contractor within the built environment is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its Sales team. This role will focus on driving new business growth while developing and strengthening the existing client base. Responsibilities:
Developing relationships with new clients, understanding operational and compliance requirements, and preparing tailored proposals. Managing and growing relationships with existing customers. Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and service offerings. Producing sales forecasts and working proactively to achieve targets. Managing pipeline and key accounts through a CRM system. Key Characteristics:
Proven ability to sell technical products or services within a B2B environment. Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
