As a Field Service Manager , you will play a pivotal role in delivering our Branch Business Plan. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently planning Engineers' workloads   Managing team performance, absence, and appraisals   Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety procedures, including conducting risk assessments   Regularly monitoring sites to maintain high standards   Building strong relationships with customers and addressing their queries   Maintaining credit control logs and CRM systems     This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineer ready to step into management or a seasoned manager eager to inspire a team committed to exceptional service and safety standards.
You will be based at our Warrington Service Branch , with travel across the North West, so a full UK driving licence is essential.

Working Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 08:00 - 16:45   Friday: 08:00 - 15:45

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in the lift industry or a similar service sector is essential   Relevant technical or management qualifications are desirable   NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering is a plus   Why Join Us?  If you’re an experienced Engineer with a solid technical background seeking a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
