Overview
Sub Agent - Marine Civils (Dock/Port Scheme) – Birkenhead – £300-£400 per day – Start: ASAP – Duration: 10 months
We are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a major dock/port marine civils project based in Birkenhead. This is a long-term freelance opportunity on a high-profile marine infrastructure scheme.
Key Responsibilities- Day-to-day management of junior engineers and setting out engineers
- Overseeing and reviewing setting out works
- Managing and compiling as-built surveys
- Preparation, review, and implementation of RAMS
- Ensuring works are delivered in line with quality assurance procedures
- Supporting the Site Agent with programme and site coordination
- Proven experience as a Sub Agent on marine civils / heavy civils projects
- Strong engineering and site management background
- SMSTS (essential)
- CSCS card (essential)
- Ability to manage engineers and maintain high QA standards
- Available to start immediately
- Competitive day rate £300-£400
- 10 months' work with a reputable contractor
