My client is a property and housing developer in the north west, which due to an exciting project win is looking to increase its management teams with an Assistant Site Manager. The role requires proven experience working on New Build projects, delivering from inception to completion and hand over.

The Assistant Manager will work alongside a Site Manager delivering new build apartments or housing. The project involves low rise apartments, providing low‑carbon, low‑energy cost housing with energy efficiency measures such as solar panels, EV charging, and cycle parking.

The successful candidate will have delivered residential projects successfully and hold the highest quality standards for New Build residential schemes.
