Stock Condition Surveyor

Location: Bromborough

We are recruiting for a Stock Condition Surveyor for a leading Social Housing provider based in the South West , supporting property services across the local region on apermanent basis. As an Stock Condition Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of surveying services across housing stock, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, compliant with regulations, and fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities include:

Undertake stock condition surveys on a range of residential properties Undertake EPC surveys Mentor a junior stock condition surveyor and go over their data once a month Communicate with administrator and investment manager The successful Stock Condition Surveyor will have: HNC/HND in Building Studies or happy to work towards it DEA Qualification or happy to work towards it Social housing experience NEBOSH/IOSH or happy to work towards it Benefits for the Stock Condition Surveyor include:
