Overview
DCT Recruitment are looking for a permanent Estimator to join our client base. Specialising in Construction, Civils, or Rail would be an advantage. Working under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).
Responsibilities- Responsible for calculating the costs associated with building projects.
- Use blueprints and specifications to determine the required materials and labour needed for a project.
- Analyse market prices for materials and labour to produce accurate estimates.
- Prepare, submit and track cost estimates for bids and proposals.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimates reflect scope and constraints.
