Travel Service Partner – Asda Travel Money
Location:
Cluster roles will cover Bromborough, Ellesmere Port and Runcorn. You will need to have access to a vehicle.
Hours:
37.5 per week. Pay: £13.50 per hour + monthly bonus.
Contract:
Permanent, Full Time.
- Welcoming customers, building relationships and delivering fantastic customer service.
- Understanding what matters most to each customer and helping them with their travel money needs.
- Putting training into action and offering expert advice on our products and services, converting interest into sales.
- Consistently working towards achieving and exceeding team sales targets.
- Working in a fast‑paced environment processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately so customers leave happy.
- Working together as a team to drive performance, deliver excellence and celebrate success together.
- Following company processes and paying attention to detail to ensure everything stays on track.
- A great communicator who has a passion for great customer service.
- Someone who actively listens to understand our customer needs and create a fantastic customer experience.
