Carpenters Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers who have suffered a vehicle loss. You will validate policy details, assess liability and offer indemnity while delivering outstanding customer service.
Starting 7 September 2026, you will undergo a 4–6 week training period, followed by a 6 week rolling shift rotation. The role is based in the UK with potential hybrid working where applicable.
