Location: Wirral
Aspion is seeking a Customer Service Representative for night shifts in Wirral. The role involves handling emergency calls, coordinating engineers, and providing exceptional service outside normal hours.
25 days holiday, pension and meals are on offer, with a permanent night shift pattern (4 on / 4 off) and 12-hour shifts. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, service desk or call centre environments, strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and the
