Panda is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Contact Centre in an office-based role. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping with queries about waste services, resolving issues and guiding them through our digital tools.
Full contact centre training is provided, no prior experience is essential. We value clear communication, empathy and a proactive approach to delivering excellent service in a busy environment.
