Neighbourhood Housing Officer

About The Role

As a Neighbourhood Housing Officer, you’ll help manage our neighbourhoods and support customers to sustain their tenancies by delivering a practical, visible and customer-focused housing service.

You’ll be responsible for a range of day-to-day housing management tasks, including managing empty homes, supporting tenancy sign-ups and changes, dealing with anti-social behaviour, investigating abandoned homes or tenancy fraud, carrying out tenancy audits and neighbourhood walkabouts, and working with partners to resolve complex housing issues. You’ll also help identify customers who may need extra support, keep accurate records, support safe access to homes, and help maintain safe, well-managed communal areas.
